About Joffrey Baeyaert | AI Innovation Strategist & Researcher

Joffrey Baeyaert

Innovation Strategist, Technologist & Researcher

I am an autistic innovation strategist, technologist, and researcher specializing in data, AI, and ethics. With over a decade of experience, I have led major transformations at Google and New Work SE, saving over €60M, building new data organizations, and delivering AI strategies with measurable outcomes.

As Founder of MMStudio, I design and prototype agentic systems, decentralized identities, and governance frameworks that shape the future of human-AI interaction. I created the Multi-Dimensional Ethics Framework (MDEF), a model that aligns AI with cultural, ecological, and political integrity.

My research appears in leading journals including AI & Society, Digital Society, and AI and Ethics. I expose how emotion-recognition systems exclude neurodivergent workers, propose inclusive accountability in AI governance, and redefine fairness through cognitive diversity.

I approach problems with a systems mindset, shaped by neurodivergence and focused on equity. I turn vision into execution and complexity into clear, usable strategies.

Expertise & Focus Areas

My work spans the intersection of technology, ethics, and human systems. I specialize in building adaptive AI strategies that balance innovation with responsibility, creating data governance frameworks that ensure both compliance and competitive advantage, and designing inclusive technologies that recognize cognitive diversity as a strength rather than a challenge.

Current Research

At MMStudio, I'm exploring the frontiers of multi-agent systems, decentralized identity architectures, and ethical AI governance. My research challenges conventional approaches to fairness in AI, advocating for systems that accommodate neurodivergent perspectives and diverse cognitive styles.
